PM Narendra Modi regrets the absence of a vital vision of past systems for poor border infrastructure
At the introduction of 9.2km long Atal Tunnel in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi illuminated three projects in the west, central and east India to underline that the past government needed vital vision and pitched for a fast border infrastructure upgrade to defend India.
