Election Commission of India names Sonu Sood as the state icon of Punjab

Sonu Sood has procured the moniker of Messiah of travelers for his respectable signals towards abandoned transient workers, students, a circus troupe, patients, paramedics, frontline laborers and the poor and has arisen as a source of motivation for some the nation over. Sonu has been selected as the state icon for Punjab by the Election Commission of India. This accomplishment has left the helpful passionate who was born and raised in Moga, a small town in Punjab.

Talking about it, he says, “I am overwhelmed and extremely grateful for this honour. Having been born in Punjab, this appointment means so much to me, emotionally. I am happy to have made my state proud of me and I am motivated to keep working hard.”

His contributions to the society had before been perceived by Maharashtra Governor, Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Maharashtra CM, Udhav Thackeray. Aside from fans, his friends from the industry have commended him for his respectable motions. Some time back, he was awarded the SDG Special Humanitarian Action Award by the jury at the United National Development Program (UNDP).
