In fact, Eataly – the beloved Italian quality food brand founded in Turin – has announced that it will open Eataly Silicon Valley on 16th June at 5pm. The place is Santa Clara Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose, California.
The opening of Eataly Silicon Valley is delayed by a few months due to the pandemic. It was originally supposed to open at the end of 2021, but in fact, the project has only been slowed down.

Eataly will open the large new food market on no less than three floors and will have an area of about 45,000 square-foots.
It is Eataly’s ninth shop in North America, part of an overall $1.1 billion empowerment plan.
